Position: Technical Writer

Based at Indore, India
Key Responsibilities Includes:
Develop and document web page content Develop and document product/ services user manuals, installation guides, programmer guide and other related documents Develop and document product packaging content Creating product/ services data sheet, fact sheet, and brochures for various marketing purposes Creative ability to meet challenges in developing presentations, demos for business and technical users Creating product UI content Quick understanding of various technologies, programming languages, security, and database is desired Development of business case study, white paper, technical paper for business and technical users Ability to develop online help system and with hands-on experience of such tools like Robohelp Periodical updating of such documents to meet competitor challenges and feedbacks received Proposal writing and reviewing various technical and other documents is added advantage
Skills/Qualifications:
Post graduate/ Graduate in recognized discipline with a proficiency in English written & oral Candidate should have experience of 3-5 years of technical writing/ content development Knowledge about writing software such as MS Word, Framemaker, HTML, CSS and PDF maker is required Presentation tools such as MS Powerpoint, Corel, Photoshop and self-running demo tools like Camtasia is expected CMS, DMS understanding is a plus including document repository system
