Auto-refresh duration to refresh the portlet in a specified time Users can configure the refresh duration of the portlet as per their requirements Summarized view of tasks starting on the current date Users can configure the view of the portlet as required on their portal page Users can choose vertical view or horizontal view for the portlet Users can select the alert feature to be opened in OWA or Native display OWA/DWA display opens the items in MS Outlook UI of Exchange the Native Display will open the items in the SyncEx UI Users can select the folder they want in the edit mode. These folders might be user created folders or standard folders Users can select the number of days for which they want to display tasks and appointments. Users can select up to next 6 days to view the items Users can customize the portlet by either choosing email, task or calendar or all to view the alerts in the Alert Portlet Facility to see preview of Mails, Tasks and Appointments by clicking on their subject line
