What are the Services offered by SyncEx?

SyncEx services division offers two services.

Customized Portlet Development Portal implementation and Middleware Support

Which Portal Servers do you work on?

Currently we offer our services on IBM Websphere and Liferay portals.

If I already have Portlet application, would you customize it?

Yes, after formal Knowledge Transfer.

We have our own development framework and we want to use that in development of our portlets. Is that possible?

It is possible but you need to understand that it will take longer time and proper knowledge transfer needs to be done, which will be charged to you.

We would like to know more about your clients?

This can be discussed personally.

Can we have the development done onsite?

Yes we do have consultants who can work from your location. In this case onsite charges would be applicable.

What kind of Middleware support do you offer?

We offer support of entire Portal and Application server support including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

How are the projects executed?

Offshore: Doing it remotely entirely by the SyncEx team. In this case SyncEx will need the server control.

Offshore Assisted: Client administrators are helped to perform certain tasks online with Web meetings to perform certain tasks. In this case you do not need to pass the server control to us.

Onsite Consultancy: In this case SyncEx consultant will visit client location for the project execution. In this case rates for the onsite consultancy apply.
